Audiolab forum. Not all DACs, transports, or cables, sound the same, at least in my opinion. It was a contender a few years ago when I was looking for an integrated. Whilst the Musical Fidelity was slightly more revealing I actually preferred the fuller sound of the Audiolab and found that it did a better job of making poor recording bearable. I like the extensive array of connections on the pre, particularly the 3 recording outs (at least one record out is an absolute must for me). It's a really nice piece of equipment all around.
